01 - 2 large red bell peppers
02 - 2 large yellow bell peppers
03 - 2 large green bell peppers
→ Filling
04 - 7 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 2 tbsp sour cream
06 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
07 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
08 - 1 garlic clove, minced
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
→ Garnish
10 - 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds (optional)
11 - Fresh dill sprigs (optional)
# Method:
01 - Wash and dry the bell peppers. Cut off the tops and bottoms, then slice each pepper into wide, flat strips approximately ¾ inch wide. Reserve the most flexible strips for shaping bows.
02 - In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chives, parsley, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
03 - Lay a pepper strip flat and place a heaping teaspoon of filling in the center. Fold both ends toward the center to create two loops resembling a bow. Secure the center by wrapping a small pepper strip or chive stem around and tucking it underneath.
04 - Repeat the bow formation with remaining strips and filling. Arrange all bows on a serving platter and garnish with pomegranate seeds and dill sprigs if desired.
