→ Fries

13 - 2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
14 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
15 - 1 tsp salt
16 - 1/2 tsp paprika
17 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

# Method:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss the potato fries with vegetable oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Spread them evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
03 - Pat the steak cubes dry using paper towels to ensure proper searing.
04 - In a large bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Add the steak cubes and toss thoroughly to coat evenly.
05 - Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
06 - Add the steak bites in a single layer without overcrowding. Cook 1 to 2 minutes per side until well browned and cooked to desired doneness. Work in batches if necessary.
07 - Incorporate unsalted butter into the skillet and toss the steak bites until fully coated and glossy.
08 - Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the steak bites. Serve immediately alongside the crispy fries.
