# Method:
01 - Toast the bread slices until golden brown and crisp.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine ube halaya and softened cream cheese until smooth and easily spreadable.
03 - In a separate bowl, mash the ripe avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
04 - Spread the ube and cream cheese mixture evenly over two of the toasted bread slices. Spread the mashed avocado mixture over the remaining two toasts.
05 - Arrange radish slices, pomegranate seeds, and microgreens evenly over each toast.
