# Method:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce and melted butter. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated; set aside.
02 - Arrange bread slices on a cutting board and spread softened butter on one side of each slice.
03 - On the unbuttered side of 4 bread slices, arrange shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Spoon buffalo chicken mixture over the cheese, and optionally sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles and green onions.
04 - Top with remaining bread slices, placing the buttered side outwards for grilling.
05 - Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the pan and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, gently pressing until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
