# Method:
- Set oven to 350°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with liners.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix gently until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Distribute batter evenly among liners and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually sift in powdered sugar and cocoa powder, then add milk, vanilla extract, and salt; beat until fluffy.
- Frost each cooled cupcake with buttercream in mounds resembling earth. Sprinkle crushed cookies over frosting to simulate soil.
- Shape white fondant into two small ovals per cupcake for bunny feet and one small ball for the tail. Use pink gel or fondant to add paw pads.
- Place two feet and one tail on each cupcake to create the appearance of a bunny diving into the burrow; add mini marshmallows for extra tail fluff if desired.
- Display the cupcakes on a tray forming a playful bunny burrow scene.
