01 - In a small saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium-low flame until steaming but not boiling.
02 - Stir in the caramel sauce until fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
03 - Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and blue food coloring; whisk until evenly colored.
04 - Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
05 - Pour the blue caramel milk over the ice cubes. Drizzle additional caramel sauce on top for garnish if desired and serve immediately.
