# Method:
01 - Evenly layer the refried beans onto a large rectangular platter forming the base.
02 - Spread sour cream over the beans carefully, leaving a one-inch border around the edges.
03 - Spoon guacamole over the sour cream, smoothing to create a bright green rectangle mimicking a football field.
04 - Layer salsa evenly along the border outside the guacamole field and sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the salsa area.
05 - Pipe yard lines and end zones onto the guacamole using reserved sour cream. Arrange sliced black olives along edges to represent players or fans. Scatter chopped tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro over the cheese border. Add shredded lettuce along the ends for turf effect.
06 - Create mini goal posts with pretzel sticks at both ends of the platter if desired.
