01 - Combine baby spinach, banana, avocado, mango chunks, pineapple chunks, almond milk, chia seeds, and almond butter in a high-speed blender.
02 - Process ingredients on high until a velvety, uniform consistency is achieved, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed. Add a splash more almond milk if the mixture appears too thick.
03 - Divide the blended mixture evenly between two bowls.
04 - Artfully garnish each bowl with granola, sliced almonds, kiwi, blueberries, coconut flakes, and fresh mint leaves.
05 - Enjoy immediately with a spoon.
