I first put together a jam-infused brunch board for friends during a summer patio gathering, and everyone loved sampling the different combinations of jams, cheeses, and breads. It quickly became a favorite way for us to enjoy leisurely weekend brunches in style.

Ingredients

  • Jams & Spreads: 1/2 cup strawberry jam, 1/2 cup apricot preserves, 1/2 cup blueberry jam, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup whipped butter
  • Cheeses: 120 g (4 oz) brie (sliced), 120 g (4 oz) sharp cheddar (sliced), 120 g (4 oz) fresh goat cheese (crumbled)
  • Breads & Crackers: 1 small baguette (sliced), 1/2 loaf sourdough (sliced), 1 sleeve multigrain crackers
  • Fruits: 1 cup fresh strawberries (halved), 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup seedless grapes, 1 ripe peach (sliced)
  • Nuts & Extras: 1/2 cup roasted almonds, 1/4 cup dried apricots, fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Arrange jams & honey:
