01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 4 fl oz sour cream
03 - 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
04 - 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
05 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
→ Blue Ranch Dip
08 - 8 oz Greek yogurt
09 - 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
10 - 1–2 drops natural blue food coloring (optional)
→ Vegetables & Decoration
11 - 1 cup baby carrots
12 - 1 cup cucumber slices
13 - 1 cup celery sticks
14 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
15 - 1/2 cup shredded purple cabbage
16 - 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
17 - 1/4 cup pitted black olives
18 - 1 slice radish (for fish eye)
# Method:
01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, dill, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix until smooth. Set aside.
02 - In a separate bowl, stir Greek yogurt with ranch seasoning and blue food coloring if desired until evenly colored.
03 - Spread the blue ranch dip on a large platter in an oval shape to create the fish body.
04 - Spoon the herbed dip onto one end of the oval to form the fish head, shaping it slightly pointed to simulate the mouth.
05 - Fan baby carrots at the opposite end to resemble the fish tail.
06 - Layer cucumber slices and celery sticks over the blue dip to mimic scales.
07 - Decorate with cherry tomato halves, yellow bell pepper strips, and shredded purple cabbage to form fins and add color.
08 - Place one black olive and a radish slice on the fish head to represent the eye.
09 - Present immediately with extra vegetables alongside for dipping.
