03 - 1 fluid ounce passionfruit juice, fresh or bottled

# Method:
01 - Place lime wedges and mint leaves in a sturdy highball glass. Muddle gently with a muddler or back of a spoon to release juices and mint oils.
02 - Add passionfruit juice, white rum, and simple syrup to the glass.
03 - Fill the glass completely with ice cubes. Top with soda water.
