# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain thoroughly and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, toss the dried pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, chili flakes if using, sea salt, ground black pepper, and grated Parmesan or nutritional yeast.
04 - Spread seasoned pasta evenly in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
