02 - 0.25 cup unflavored sparkling water
03 - 1 tbsp magnesium powder supplement (unflavored or berry flavor, cold-water soluble)
04 - 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

# Method:
01 - Fill a glass with ice cubes.
02 - Pour in the tart cherry juice and add lemon juice if using.
03 - Add the magnesium powder and stir or whisk thoroughly until completely dissolved.
04 - Top off with sparkling water and gently stir to blend all ingredients.
