02 - 1 cup raw cashews
03 - 1 cup raw pecans
04 - 1 cup raw walnuts

05 - 3 tbsp honey
06 - 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
07 - 1 tsp ground cumin
08 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
09 - ½ tsp ground cinnamon
10 - ½ tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
11 - 1 tsp sea salt
12 - ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil or melted butter, cumin, smoked paprika, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper until fully blended.
03 - Add almonds, cashews, pecans, and walnuts to the bowl. Toss until all nuts are evenly coated with the spiced honey mixture.
04 - Spread nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and aromatic. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
05 - Remove nuts from oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet; they will crisp as they cool. Break apart any clusters before storing in an airtight container.
