# Method:
01 - In a small bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until completely smooth and integrated.
02 - Fill two tall glasses evenly with ice cubes.
03 - Distribute the cold brew coffee equally into the prepared glasses.
04 - Add the tahini mixture to each glass, stirring thoroughly to blend.
05 - Top each glass with plant-based milk, then gently stir until creamy.
06 - Taste and adjust sweetness as preferred, then serve immediately.
