02 - 1/4 cup hot water (about 175°F, not boiling)
03 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
04 - 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
05 - 3/4 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
06 - Ice cubes as needed

07 - 1/4 cup cold milk of choice
08 - 1 scoop (about 15 g) vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
10 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
11 - 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional)

# Method:

01 - Whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.
