Matcha White Chocolate Clusters

Featured in: Happy Bites

These delicate clusters combine smooth white chocolate with earthy matcha powder and tart dried cranberries, creating a balanced flavor profile. The mixture is melted gently using a double boiler, then folded with chopped cranberries and optional pistachios for texture. Once spooned onto a lined tray and chilled, the clusters set into firm, elegant treats perfect for a quick snack or dessert. Pistachios can be swapped for pumpkin seeds or almonds to vary crunch. Pair well with green tea or sparkling wine for a refined experience.
