Step 5:
Carefully flip and cook the other side for 23 minutes until golden and the cheese is fully melted.
Step 6:
Remove from skillet repeat with the second quesadilla.
Step 7:
Let cool slightly then cut into wedges. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
