# Method:

01 - Use a sharp knife or snowflake cookie cutter to cut snowflake patterns into 2 tortillas; set aside as tops.
02 - Place the remaining 2 whole tortillas on a clean surface; evenly distribute mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on each, leaving a 1/2-inch border; add optional fillings if desired.
03 - Cover each cheese-layered tortilla with a snowflake-cut tortilla, aligning edges carefully.
04 - Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
05 - Transfer one assembled tortilla to the skillet; cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the underside is golden and cheese starts melting.
06 - Flip the quesadilla carefully; cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until golden and cheese is fully melted.
07 - Remove from skillet and repeat cooking process with second quesadilla.
08 - Allow to cool briefly; cut into wedges and serve with sour cream and salsa.
