11 - 8 slices sourdough bread
12 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
13 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
14 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Method:

01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a medium bowl and mix until smooth.
02 - Fold in chopped spinach and artichoke hearts until fully integrated.
03 - Arrange sourdough slices and spread a generous layer of the dip on four slices, topping each with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
04 - Cover with remaining bread slices to complete the sandwiches.
05 - Spread softened butter on the outside of each sandwich slice evenly.
