# Method:
01 - In a medium bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
02 - In a separate bowl, toss chopped strawberries with lemon juice and maple syrup. Gently mash with a fork to release natural juices while maintaining some texture.
03 - Divide oat mixture evenly between two jars or glasses, filling each halfway. Add strawberry mixture as the second layer, then top with remaining oat mixture.
04 - Cover jars with lids and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight until oats have absorbed liquid and reached desired consistency.
05 - Remove from refrigerator and stir gently to combine layers. Top each serving with coconut yogurt, shredded coconut, and fresh strawberry slices. Serve immediately.
