Crispy tofu, vibrant peppers, tangy pineapple plus sweet and sour sauce for an easy, flavorful main course.
# Components:
→ Base
01 - 1 block firm tofu, cubed and patted dry
02 - 1 cup bell pepper, chopped
03 - 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
→ Sauce
04 - 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce, either store-bought or homemade
05 - 1 tablespoon oil for cooking
# Method:
01 - Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add cubed tofu and fry until each side is golden and crisp. Remove and set aside.
02 - In the same pan, stir-fry chopped bell peppers and pineapple chunks for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly softened.
03 - Return the tofu to the pan, pour in sweet and sour sauce, and toss everything together. Cook until the glaze is warmed through and evenly coats all ingredients.
04 - Plate hot with steamed rice or noodles as desired.
