A quick, tasty wrap combining turkey, stuffing, cranberry, and melted cheese for a warm meal.
# Components:
→ Leftovers
01 - 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or sliced
02 - 1 cup stuffing (herb or sausage preferred)
03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
04 - 1/2 cup gravy (optional, for dipping or drizzling)
→ Dairy
05 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
→ Wraps
06 - 2 large 10-inch flour tortillas
→ For cooking
07 - 2 teaspoons butter or olive oil
# Method:
01 - Place a tortilla flat on a cutting board and cut a single straight line from the center to the edge, creating four quarters.
02 - On the first quarter, place half of the turkey; on the second, spread half of the stuffing; on the third, add half of the cranberry sauce; and on the fourth, sprinkle half of the cheese.
03 - Starting at the cut, fold the first quarter over the second, then the third, then the fourth, forming a layered triangle-shaped wrap.
04 - Repeat the filling and folding process with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
05 - Heat butter or olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
06 - Serve warm with gravy on the side for dipping if desired.
