- Form mixture into 20 meatballs and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.

- Bake for 15 18 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Prepare Glaze:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat combine honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- Glaze Meatballs:
- Remove meatballs from the oven and immediately toss them in the warm glaze until evenly coated.
- Serve:
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
